Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure success of the project.
• Manage direct work teams with good experience in mechanical system construction in particular piping and equipment installation.
• Based on project requirement, plan, organize and manage our in-house construction team to execute the works on schedule, with good quality and safety.
• Monitor & control the usage of material, manpower and machinery used on site.
• Devise and propose construction methodologies that will improve constructability, quality and safety.
• Provide support to colleagues to ensure that they can complete the assigned work.
• Provide on-the-job training to colleagues.
• Manage and control manpower budget.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce of up to 100 workers.
