Site Manager (Fit Out Manager) – Canary Wharf
Location: Canary Wharf
Rate: £325 – £375 per day
Contract: Freelance – 2 Year Duration
Project Value: £280 Million
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager (Fit Out Manager) to join a flagship high-rise development in Canary Wharf. This major mixed-use scheme involves the delivery of over 1,000 residential-style accommodation units alongside premium amenity spaces, communal facilities, commercial areas, landscaped public realm, and roof garden terraces within a highly complex urban environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale, fast-paced development with a respected main contractor on a long-term freelance basis.
The successful candidate will take ownership of internal fit out packages across multiple floors and phases of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality stand...
