Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the Decatur, Alabama manufacturing facility. This role owns operational execution, financial performance, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. The Site Manager partners closely with engineering, program management, supply chain, and quality teams to drive on-time delivery, zero-defect performance, and margin attainment across all programs. They take a hands-on approach to improving shop floor efficiency, standardizing work, and removing operational bottlenecks through lean manufacturing and disciplined process control. The role is accountable for site P&L, KPIs, and operational metrics that drive visibility into labor productivity, equipment utilization, and profitability.
