Job Description
About the job Site Manager (Construction) Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations projects and construction site operation, including planning and cost control
- Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub‑contractors on the project matters
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub‑cons on project related matters
- Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies between drawings and those arising during the project execution
- Carry out in‑progress inspection and joint inspection to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard
- Ensure safety & compliance of work on site
- Update the project quality plan as and when appropriate
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
