Job Description

1. End-to-End Logistics Operations

  • Lead domestic transportation operations including milk runs, FTL/PTL/LTL movements, and multimodal logistics aligned with production schedules
  • Ensure JIT/JIS adherence and seamless line feeding through close coordination with plant logistics
  • Oversee cross-dock, consolidation hubs, and warehouse flows for optimal utilization and efficiency
  • Drive exception management, TAT adherence, POD compliance, and damage control through RCA and corrective actions
  • Manage EXIM operations end-to-end — customs clearance, documentation, freight coordination, and inland delivery
  • Optimize mode mix (air/ocean/LCL) balancing cost vs urgency.

    • 2. Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Act as the primary interface between client SCM, plant leadership, procurement, and finance
  • Govern LSP/3PL ecosystem through structured performance reviews (daily/weekly/monthly/QBRs)
