Site ERP Deployment Lead, Production and Supply Chain

We are seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations Lead to act as the business design authority for the Plan‑to‑Make global process within our ERP business transformation. The role focuses on site‑specific manufacturing and supply chain processes while ensuring alignment with global standards and enterprise templates.

Based in Bern/Thörishaus, the position requires 2–3 on‑site days per week during key phases, with travel between Switzerland and Denmark. It is a project‑based assignment for 2‑2½ years and reports to the Head of Digital Transformation, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
