Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all civil and structural works related to substation construction projects. Ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules. Oversee earthworks, excavation, ERSS, piling, foundations, drainage, roadworks, cable trenches, equipment foundations, retaining structures, and reinforced concrete works. Coordinate closely with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with project requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on technical and construction matters. Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering, design, and construction-related issues.
