Responsibilities:

• Act as the main EPCC site representative for daily construction activities.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure installation works follow approved drawings and project schedule.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with client representatives on site for coordination, inspections, and acceptance of works.
• Identify and resolve practical site issues to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Oversee and ensure timely rectification of defects and punch list items during all stages of construction.
• Coordinate delivery of EPCC supplied materials to site according to project schedule.
• Manage material receiving, checking, and proper storage on site.
• Monitor material usage and track balance quantities.
• Arrange and coordinate transport and logistics for material delivery when required.
