Job Requirements:

• Registered Civil Engineer
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
• Experience in land development and housing construction.
• Proficient in Ms Office Applications (MS Excel)
• Proficient in Design and Engineering tools and programs (i.e., AutoCad)
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Willing to be assigned in Gen. Santos/Davao/Iloilo.

Job Summary:

• To monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned task is performed efficiently in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, target schedules and acceptable quality.
