Role Overview

A Site Engineer for Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) oversees the planning and installation of GRC elements such as architectural facades, cladding panels, decorative features, and structural components, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams. Develop detailed project schedules (e.g., using Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Design Technical Oversight: Review GRC shop drawings and ensure compliance with architectural and structural requirements. Liaise with consultants, architects, and engineers for approvals. Ensure technical compliance with GRC standards such as GRCA or PCI guidelines.
