• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage site labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
• Check and verify materials used at the site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Handle site measurements, leveling, and surveying work.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and records.
