About you

:

Education and/or Experience

Required

  • 3+ years of technical experience, preferably in melt shop operations or refractory ceramics.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply inventory control processes and standards.

  • Experience working in heavy industrial settings with strong adherence to safety practices

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and cross-functional teams

  • Self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team objectives.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP/CRM systems

    • Preferred

  • Leadership or team coordination experience

  • Experience in melt shop operations, steel manufacturing, or refractory ceramics
