Role Purpose
The Site Continues Improvement Leader is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving production processes by identifying inefficiencies and waste, with the objective of maximizing operational performance within the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct time and motion studies
Develop and update standard work procedures
Optimize labor utilization and production resources
Improve workflow through process and layout analysis
Identify and reduce waste (time, materials, and energy)
Implement continuous improvement and scrap reduction initiatives
Participate in the design of new processes and methods
Ensure proper process release at production start-up
