Job Summary

The Site Assistant acts as the ambassador in promoting the project and units to clients. Duties involve presentation of the project to walk‑in clients as well as assisting in the viewing of the model unit and deliverable unit, monitoring site activity including the walk‑in count and condition of the model unit/deliverable unit. He/She is responsible for the presentation and promotion of the project on‑site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Monitoring
  • Assist Project Development in ensuring smooth operations of Sales Hub
  • Conduct storage room clean‑up and implement improvements
  • Establish an organized inventory system for the sales office, storage room, model units, and dressed‑up units
  • Perform regular monitoring of supplies needed for the sales office operations (office supplies, cleaning agents, etc.)
