Job Description
- Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Office at City Hall, Working at Project Site at Kent Ridge
- Salary: $2800 to $4300
- Diploma in Architecture
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Attend to all daily subcontractors meeting to discuss daily structure and architectural issues to meet the project target schedule.
- Check the site progress and safety compliance of the subcontractors and report the findings to the immediate superior and safety officer.
- Check the subcontractors’ works are done accordance to the approved drawings/ details and take remedial actions for non-conformance.
- Equipped with the knowledge to conduct daily activities inspections with the project RE or RTO and take actions to clear their comments to ensure that the works are approved for commencement.
