Job Description
Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist – Southern California Market (100% Remote)
Location: Remote – Must reside in California (Southern California strongly preferred)
Pay Rate: $38.46 – $40.87/hr (~ $80,000 – $85,000 annually)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible start times (as early as 6:30 AM)
Travel: Not required
Type: W2 Contract (Estimated 2+ years)
Background Check: 7 years
Drug Screen: 10-panel (including marijuana – no exceptions)
Position Summary:
Seeking a skilled Site Acquisition Specialist to support new wireless telecom site builds and modification projects in the Southern California market. This role requires cradle-to-grave ownership of site acquisition efforts, including candidate selection, leasing, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting.
