Key Responsibilities (Bangalore-focus): Location Scouting: Build a site funnel across Koramangala, HSR, Whitefield/ITPL, ORR tech parks, MG/CBD, JP Nagar/Jayanagar, Sarjapur Rd, Malleshwaram, BTM, Hebbal/Yelahanka and top malls/high streets.
