Position Summary
Own a portfolio of high-value trade partners and maximize revenue, guest volume, and yield performance across all accounts.
Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies aligned with aggressive revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, unlock untapped segments, and expand distribution channels within the Mexican market.
Continuously analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to adjust strategies and outperform targets. Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders to influence sales behavior and drive preference for Silversea.
Proactively grow existing accounts while acquiring new high-potential partners.
