Job Description
Are you an S&T Team Leader with an IRSE Combined Signalling Maintainer & Fault Finder Licence (1.4.230)?
Do you have a strong understanding of signalling maintenance, faulting, inspection, and renewal techniques abiding by NR/L3/SIG/10663 and NR/L3/SIG/11231 standards?
Location: 3 x Leeds / 2 x Wakefield
Money: £54,698 + Shift Premium + Overtime + On-Call
A client organisation is looking for multiple experienced S&T Team Leaders to support critical maintenance, faulting, inspection, and renewal works across the network.
This is an opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll directly influence railway safety, operational performance, and team standards. You won't just manage from the sidelines, you'll be actively involved in delivery, mentoring teams, driving compliance, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently in a fast-paced operational railway environment.
