The role is responsible for all aspects of the Centre’s day-to-day operation. The Centre Manager is responsible for the management of facilities, services and processes that support the facilities and property department’s strategy, ensuring that best business practices are utilized to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity. Importance is placed on the ability of the Centre Manager to maintain and improve the service ethic. The role and responsibilities for all aspects of Centre day-to-day operation and to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Centre problems and tenant-related enquiries.

Daily

• Meeting with team and all service providers and discuss issues.
  
• Management of centre employees and service providers.
  
• Management of cleaning; security; Landscaping and parking.
