Working Hours/Days

7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday, overtime when necessary

Basic Duties


+ Safely perform service and repairs, in the Altorfer shop, on Fork Lifts & Aerial Equipment for Altorfer and its customers.

+ Troubleshoot and repair electronic diesel engines, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, drivetrain, brake systems and all other systems.

+ Establish and maintain service-oriented relationships with customers when in the field.

+ Order parts on computer system data base.

+ Complete service reports and all other paperwork after repairs are made.

+ May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned


Qualifications


+ Completion of formal technical training program or minimum of three years’ experience in mechanical repair and/or lift truck repair experience.
