**Shipping Supervisor**
**Description**

Lycoming Engines seeks a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of employees in our warehouse operations. This person will be a leader and change agent capable of driving relentless improvement, motivating team members and holding them accountable for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
**Responsibilities Include** :


* Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, developing, directing, counseling and disciplining bargaining unit personnel in a fair and consistent manner


* Develop and improve operations towards best in class standards including but not limited to receiving, shipping, inventory control, talent, processes and facilities


* Supervise bargained personnel to insure efficient manpower utilization and assist with planning


* Proactively participate in cross-functional efforts and teams to support Lycoming Premier initiatives
