  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs declaration brokers for transport arrangement, customs declaration and payment, etc.

  • Preparation of sea/air customs declaration documents and other related documents, responsible for the entry of shipping data.

  • Responsible for organizing and filing customs declaration documents etc.

  • Responsible for keying in data according to the shipping plan without delay, for preparation of customs declaration documents.

  • Other work assigned by superior.

    • Skills and Abilities Required

  • Good communication skills in English, written and verbal - CET4 or above.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), and Microsoft Excel for generating statistical reports.

  • Familiar with ERP system (SAP operation experience is preferred).
