Shipping Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Operations Manager to support the execution and coordination of global shipping activities across crude and refined product movements. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day vessel operations, ensuring contractual compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing voyage performance and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in voyage planning, post-fixture operations, bunker management, shipping documentation, and commercial coordination within a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vessel operations and voyage execution for assigned cargo movements.
• Coordinate vessel nominations, bunker procurement, and operational planning to optimize voyage efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with charter party agreements and provide post-fixture operational support.
