Source, negotiate, and oversee freight forwarders and their services for all deliveries. Collaborate with the Purchasing, Plant Logistics Team, and other related departments to ensure timely delivery of goods according to contracts or purchase orders. Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including LC documentation, Certificate of Origin, insurance, delivery orders, packing lists, commercial invoices, and reports. Monitor freight forwarder performance and implement cost-saving strategies in logistics activities. Liaise with the Finance team regarding shipping payments, invoices, and warranty negotiations.
