• Manage and plan import and export process, customs documentation and shipping
• Handle all import/export related documentations
• Prepare bank's document for Letter of Credit negotiation
• Prepare SAP related tasks such as Sales order, Purchase Orders, Credit/Debit Notes.
• Co-ordinate with vendors, forwarders & customers on orders/shipment/payment issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business related with 2 years of experience in handling Shipping documents
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
