• Liaise with Sales team on customer orders, shipment requirements, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Verify all shipping instructions and review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms (if applicable) to ensure all documentation requirements are met before shipment.
• Arrange vessel bookings (VSL booking) directly with carriers or through freight forwarders.
• Request, compare, and evaluate freight quotations for cost efficiency.
• Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-off times, schedule changes, delays, and rollovers.
• Coordinate cargo readiness, weighing, documentation, and cut-off times.
