Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including customs permits, and oversee all freight-related operations.
- Coordinate shipment activities by communicating effectively with customers, carriers, and agents to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the closure of shipment files and compile necessary reports for documentation and tracking purposes.
- Min 1 year of experience in a Shipping Coordinator role, with a strong background in documentation and tracking for import, export, or trans shipment activities.
