Shipping Coordinator
, you will be responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring timely deliveries. This role involves data entry, compliance with shipping regulations, collaboration with various stakeholders including Customer Service, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and warehouse personnel.
Responsibilities: Prepare and file all shipping documents (D/O, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) for different types of shipments (Revenue Sales / Warranty Orders). Manage BOI Shipments approval and provide Advance Shipping documents. Enter and update shipment data in Oracle System and customer portals. Provide shipment-related information upon request (e.g. Pictures, Certificate of Origin, Cargo details) to Customer. Liaise with Customer Service Representatives, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, shipping companies and warehouse personnel on delivery status / shipment schedules.
