Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Job Description
The Shipping Clerk prepares, packages, and ships customer orders and finished goods accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and customer requirements while maintaining precise shipping records and documentation. The Shipping Clerk works closely with production, quality, and customer service teams to support on-time delivery and smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities

+ Organize sales orders by fulfillment priority based on customer deadlines and shipping type, and distribute them to Shipping Operators.

+ Submit orders for transportation using customer transportation management system (TMS) portals as needed.

+ Generate shipping documents, including bills of lading and carrier labels, using company software.
