Job Description
Responsibilities
- Update daily shipment manifests
- Prepare shipping documents (delivery orders, authorisation letters etc.)
- Call external parties to request documents, enquire/monitor status
- Coordinate with colleagues and overseas agents on shipments
- Other tasks given by the manager
- Experience in shipping or logistics industry
- Familiar with import and export documents, Tradenet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
- Alternate Saturdays, 9am-1pm
