We are looking for Shipping Assistant for coordinating and managing end-to-end shipping and logistics operations to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods.

The role ensures handling import and export documentation, shipment scheduling, and coordination with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, courier services, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

• Perform all shipping functions, including shipping database update and necessary operations support
• Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment scheduling and document preparation
• Handle import and export shipments/documents (e.g. delivery order/billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and etc.) to ensure smooth shipment and timely delivery
• Liaise with customers and 3pl crater for shipment planning and job executions
