Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Saginaw, MI!

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate daily with the Project Manager and Operations Manager regarding material needs, priorities, and scheduling

• Verify all incoming material matches shipping documents, including Material Test Reports (MTRs) and Mill Certifications when applicable

• Submit signed and verified shipping documents to the Quality Assurance Department

• Prepare Receiving Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and submit them to Quality Assurance as needed

• Label all product with appropriate job numbers and shipper numbers, then organize material by job and size for efficient retrieval

• Locate, stage, and process material needed for daily fabrication operations
