Job Description
Role & Job Responsibilities:
- Book vessels in and out of Singapore port and arrange Pilot and Tug Boat services.
- Provide crews information to the immigration authority.
- Advise Sea custom of vessels' arrival and departure, and reporting of cargoes on onboard vessels.
- Ensuring that the ships' documentation complies with International and Singapore's regulation prior to Custom Inspection.
- Prepare and submit the declaration of Pre-Arrival Notification of Security.
- Arrange and coordinate the supply / deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates, documents, provisions, fresh water, waste removal and distribution of crews salary.
- Coordinate bunking of vessels.
- Arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.
- Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.
