Shipbroking can be highly rewarding, but it is a demanding, results-driven profession. The global, ever-changing nature of shipping requires unconventional working hours in a dynamic working environment. Becoming successful in this field takes time and requires an exceptional work ethic, dedication, and drive. We do not require prior shipbroking experience. Instead we focus on potential and attitude.
