OVERVIEW OF POSITION

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, responsible for managing a production shift team. Monitoring and coordinating the Production activities, personnel and machinery to enhance effective and efficient operation and improvement thereof.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED:

• To supervise and manage a production shift consisting of about 10 shift staff.
• To build team spirit within your production shift.
• To mentor the shift leader and impart your knowledge and experience to him.
• To ensure effective start-up of production machinery.
• To make running adjustments to production machinery.
