Minimum Requirements

PSIRA Grade A

Matric or equivalent qualification

At least 5 years' experience in the security industry.

Management experience of at least 2 years

Supervisory skills

Knowledge of working with people.

Able to work under pressure.

Basic Computer Literacy

Be of strong character, strict but firm.

Effective Communication skills

Effective report writing skills

Job Description

Each Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the duration of his/her shift.

Handing over of all equipment and relevant information must be read and signed by both incoming and outgoing shift supervisor.
