3 Shift Rotation - 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am rotating weekly Monday-Friday

A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Quality department with the appointment of a Shift Quality Engineer.

As Shift Quality Engineer, you will ensure all quality requirements are communicated in detail through the relevant departments and provide support throughout the organisation.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire, the Shift Quality Engineer will be responsible for:

* Lead, coach and mentor Shift Quality Technicians and Shift Quality Auditors in setting daily priorities and being a point of contact on shift

* Support PPAP and launch of all programs, engineering changes & GP12 Activities in liaison with NPI (Safe Launch Process)

* Coordinate Capability studies and gauge validation (Measurement System Analysis)
