Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Energy & Utilities at our Middletown, OH plant within the Energy department. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of energy systems that support the entire Middletown Works site. This includes pumps, motors, turbines, clarifiers, cooling towers, air compressors, water treatment systems, boilers, and a wide range of utility piping.


Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate daily production and maintenance activities, ensuring equipment repairs and upkeep are completed efficiently and within budget.
+ Provide leadership to bargaining unit and contractor employees, including training on job requirements, company policies, performance expectations, and safety standards.
