Shift Leader

What you’ll do:

• Ensures production is performed according to Autoliv standards
• Oversees the production area with full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling activities
• Ensures adherence to standards of Health & Safety and Quality
• Drives continuous improvement to achieve stable performance
• Ensure daily operations runs according to ALV standards and SQDCM targets, coordinate activities in cross functional team within own production area
• Build/maintain an understanding among AMT on their area´s/lines impact on production area results
• Organizes Gemba meetings (Start-up/Handover, Pulse, Kaizen, Communications and Daily SQDCM)
• Coordinates and balances resource between different AMTs according to priority and operator availablity
• Adjusts production planning in line with internal flows, customer priorities, blocked lines and blacklog, ct
