Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assigning shift workers in production according to priorities at the production boilers, mixers and rollers
  • Monitoring strict compliance with all specifications from the product run cards and the associated specification documents
  • Independent production and filling of greases, oils and pastes in manual, semi-automatic and automatic boiler and mixing systems
  • Administrative tasks such as SAP feedback in the PP module
  • Issuing work orders to the individual specialist departments
  • Collaborating on projects and taking on special tasks
  • Managing and motivating employees and building a high-performing team
  • Planning holiday leave
  • Knowledge transfer and further training for all shift workers
