Job Responsibilities

Main purpose: Ensure satisfactory utilization of labour and material resources to support customer requirements.

Elimination of waste

• Record and manage total units produced to meet targets.
• Accurately measure, record, and manage Change Over time/Lost.
• Minimise, measure, and record Unplanned Overtime to meet targets.
• Monitor & control the usage of PPE & Consumables.
• Effective management & deployment of resources.
• Evaluate rejects root cause and create plans for discussion with management to reduce or eliminate losses within your control and act accordingly.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve production within areas of control.

5S and Safety/Environmental

• Manage, improve & promote 5S in the plant according to the 5S Audit Sheet.
• Ensure PPE Issued and Correct Usage and follow SHEMS Procedures.
