Our client is a global Systems Integrator. Their primary customer is in the process of building out one of their large AI Datacenters near Barber Lake, TX which is by Colorado, TX. This location is an hour west of Abilene, TX. They are looking to bring in shift lead's for this build.
Key responsibilities for the shift lead
Assign and sequence technician work by shift
Maintain shift productivity and work quality discipline
Conduct shift turnover and work-package continuity
Coach technicians during live execution
