Te Tūranga - The Role
We are seeking an experienced Shift Engineer with a strong background in refrigeration to join our engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of refrigeration and associated plant across a 24/7 operation. Working as part of the shift engineering team, you will provide hands‑on technical expertise, respond to plant issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational reliability.
