Management Services Corporation, one of The Caton Companies, is seeking a Shift Coordinator for Sunchase Cinema 8 (http://www.sunchasecinema8.com/) located in Farmville, Virginia.
Going to the movies is the all-American experience! We’re expecting to expand our hours very soon as COVID-19 restrictions are eased, and we will be ready! Our Shift Coordinator plays a vital role in a smoothly operating cinema and a fantastic movie experience for our guests. They should be organized, friendly, and customer-focused.
The Shift Coordinator is responsible for directing other employees through their routines and interacting with customers to make sure they have a satisfactory experience. The Shift Coordinator runs the staff when the manager or assistant manager is not on duty. This is a part-time position at this time.
