leading sugar mill manufacturing company based in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking the expertise of an experienced SHERQ Officer to join their team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Health/Safety/Risk Management and or equivalent

• Must have either a SAMTRAC/NEBOSH Certificate

• Lead Auditor in ISO 9000 and ISO 45000 is highly advantageous

• Sound knowledge of relevant SHERQ legislation and regulatory requirements

• Must have the ability to track SHERQ inspections in CMMS (MAXIMO) and facilitate an effective closeout

• Relevant First Aid and Fire Prevention Training is advantageous

• 3 years' experience within a similar manufacturing environment
