The Role
Ventia is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate SHEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team on our Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) contract across South Australia. In this key role, you’ll support the implementation and improvement of SHEQ programs across operational sites, working closely with the Quality and Project SHEQ Manager.

You’ll serve as the primary liaison between the Project SHEQ Manager, operational teams, and clients, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role includes regular site visits to assess safety performance and client-facing interactions to provide updates on SHEQ initiatives. You’ll drive positive change and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within Ventia’s workforce.
