Das erwartet dich

  • Innerhalb unseres 8-köpfigen Führungsteams der Shared Service Unit “Managed Platform Services”, welche die on-Premises- Infrastruktur für Kunden aus Energie, Industrie oder dem öfftl. Sektor bereitstellt, übernimmst du die disziplinarische Führung von 14 Mitarbeitenden in der Administration der Unit Platform Backend, welche Identitiy & Access Services, Enterprise Monitoring Services und Citrix VPN bzw. Citrix Desktop Services bereitstellt
  • In deiner Verantwortung liegt die Personalbedarfs- und Einsatzplanung, das Recruiting und die Aus- und Weiterbildung deiner Mitarbeitenden sowie die Budgetplanung
