Overview:
Directly responsible for performing administrative functions supporting Food and Beverage Department Staff and IPS Division. This position may also act as the administrative hub of all IPS communications.

This is a seasonal position lasting for the 2026 operating season only. Seasonal associates are let go for a period of no less than 13 weeks at the end of the 2026 operating season.

Responsibilities:

+ Accurately log and process attendance and discipline reports, safety audits and other documents.
+ Communicate via radio and telephone with Food & Beverage Staff and all Park departments.
+ Work with the division management to ensure all safety and training processes and policies are being followed at all locations.
+ Maintain daily labor percentage reports during operating hours.
+ Communicate appropriate park and/or team concerns to division management.
+ Maintain all department documentation needs.
