Job Description:
• 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors Recruiting module.
• Minimum of 3 End-End implementations of Success Factors RCM
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for Success Factors Recruiting in compliance with the best practices.
• Should have understanding and designing SAP-Success Factors Recruiting, Modelling, and extraction.
• Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
• Good experience in configuration of 'Roles Based Permissions'.
• Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning.
• Should be able to configure 'Families and Roles' in the system.
• Should have experience with SAP-Success Factors Recruiting and production deployment.
